HapPy BiRtHdAy GraNt!!! ♥

August 25th was Grant's 33rd Birthday!! Wow..I can't believe my hubby is that old already:) He does not look it, or act it!! I just love him so much. He makes me so happy.. Jordyn and I are seriously the luckiest girls in the world to have him all to ourselves!! I am so proud of him and all he does...
His parents took us out to Texas Roadhouse for his Birthday, and then we went home and had cake and ice cream. It was such a fun night!

LiL MiSs!!

Jordyn is my little diva! She has to have a purse everywhere we go, and its usually full of pennies...Grandma Kari bought her this little hello kitty purse and she just loves it(thanks Grandma). Jordyn has such a cute personality. This picture was taken at the splash park at Gateway, I will post more later!

PaRk CiTy!!

The other night we headed up to Park City! Dr.B does this every year with the whole staff...I seriously work with the best people ever! Anyway we met at a resteraunt called Zoom, which is right on Main Street. It was sad Dr.B and his wife never made it, there cute lil boy fell in the pool and had to get stitches right before dinner:(. We sure missed them! After dinner we all went on a ride on the ski lift. I have never been on it in the summer time, and it was really nice. After dinner We decided to go see a movie with Rob and Corrine. We saw Inception, it was different but ended kind of cool. It was nice to get away with just Grant and enjoy some alone time, especially since this next year is going to be crazy with me and him in school full-time.

BrE's BiRtHdAy PaRtY!

My cute lil niece Bre had a fun little friend birthday party. My sister kept it simple and just invited a few of her friends along with Jordyn. We took them to build a bear and let them make one. This was Jordyn's first time there and she loved it! She did so good with all the big girls. She just loves her cousin Bre so much!!! Then after they had pizza and cupcakes. Thanks Bre for a fun birthday party!

Discovery at the Gateway!

Last week I took Jordyn to the Gateway mall to play at the children's discovery museum..She loved it! She has such a cute lil imagination. She played for hours! My cute friend Naomi got us in for free, what a deal huh?? Her favorite was shopping at the grocery store. She loved to walk down the isles and throw food in her cart! We will definitley be going back:)

A couple nights ago My Mom and I made Raspberry jam..This was my first making it..My Mom's recipe is the best!! It was actually pretty easy, and I am excited that I know how to make it :) Thanks Mom!

LoTs Of FuN!!

Last week my sister had her cute little Baby girl...BrynLee Pate 7lbs 13 oz.(pictures to come) SHe is cute as ever!!! I helped her out and watched her kids for a few nights. Jordyn is just obsessed with Bre and was so excited to hang out with her for 3 days straight! She was in heaven...... Gavin and Bre were so fun to have around!!

HaPpy PiOnEer DaY!

Grant and I decided at the last minute to go on a little getaway to Park City...My parents were kind enough to keep Jordyn overnight. We left on the 23rd and just went for the night. We had a great time just the two of us. We walked around Main Street and went to dinner at the Blue Iguana. Well we got back to our hotel and went swimming and then headed back to our room. A few hours later I became deathly sick. I could not stop throwing up(every 20 min)... It was awful, I have never been so sick in my life. I had food poisoning needless to say, from a tomato!! Our plans quickly changed!! We ended up heading home early and didn't get to enjoy our day in Park City:( We did end up having a nice low key 24th of July. We hung out with the fam and did fireworks and made yummy homemade ice cream!!
