Rolling over!

Yesterday Jordyn learned the mastering of rolling over! She first did it about a month ago, but I didn't really count it cause she couldn't do it again.. Now she will do it without even thinking! Here are some pictures of her in action!

Go Utes!

Utes beat Weber State 37 to 21.. It was a fun game, but a little to close. We should of beat them by more than that. Oh well I guess, a win is a win. Now the utes are 5 and 0. They play Oregon State Thursday night, that should be a good game!! Thanks Mom and Dad for watching Jordyn, it was nice to get out for the night!!

Do you ever have those days??

Do you ever have those days where all you hear is bad news and horrible things? You think your problems are the worst, and feel sorry for yourself?? But come to find out you never really know what anyone else is going through. Well today I definetely realized that I would never trade my problems for anyone elses! Today has been quite the day. I found out that a 16 month old in our ward accidently fell into a pond in his backyard and drowned....Oh it just breaks my heart to think about what the family is going through. Being a parent now, I can only imagine how awful that would be...My heart goes out to the parents of the little boy..You really do wonder why we are given such hard trials in life! It always seems we learn something from them and grow even stronger. ..

Well on the lighter side of things I have been trying to become better at sewing and making things.. I found this fabric on clearance an thought it would be fun to make pillows. Heres how they turned out. ..Don't look to close or you might see the crooked stitch! :)

Also Taylor Swift's new album comes out in November, and I am so excited! Her new song called "Love story" is so good and her video is very cute! You should definitely check it out..Here it is

3 MoNtHs OLd!!

Wow I can't believe Jordyn is 3 months old already!! She is growing up so fast..She sucks her hands nonstop and is starting to slobber on everything.. She also can see her toys now and loves anything that makes noise. Happy 3 Months!!!

Jordyn's ears are pierced!

I thought it would be fun to get Jordyn's ears pierced this week. Since we were both off on Monday we decided to take her. We got there and they told us you have to have her 2 month shot records. We didn't bring those and didn't have time to go get them, since we had a softball game in an hour. So we didn't do it that night. Well the next day Grant was off again and I had to work. He surprised me and took Jordyn by himself and got them pierced. .What a Dad!!!! I was kind a sad I missed it, but also glad it was done and I didn't have to see her scream!!!

4 Year Anniversary!!

On Monday September 15 we celebrated our 4 year Anniversary! I can't believe its been 4 years already...We were both off Monday, so it was nice to hang out all day together! Grant spoiled me and got me a really nice pedicure. I just love him so much, and look forward to spending forever with him!! I don't know how I got so lucky to get such a great husband and beautiful daughter. Thanks Grant for just being you... Love ya Babe

Jordyn's Blessing!

On Sunday Jordyn was blessed.. Grant did such a great job, and Jordyn was so good! Jordyn was able to wear the same blessing dress I was blessed in, of course she looked much cuter!!!! She even wore her little air Jordan booties under the dress(that was Grant's idea:)) It was such a neat day, Thanks to everyone who came!!!

Growing way to fast!!

Jordyn is getting way to big! I wish she would just stop growing for while...She is such a sweet little girl! She just got over an eye infection she had for the last couple days, it ended up being a clogged tear duct. Poor thing!!
