JOrDyN's 1 YeAr PiCs!

I'm a little behind, but a couple weeks ago we had Jordy's pictures taken for her birthday..We had Heidi(the same one who took her newborns) take them again! She is awsome at what she does! I would definitely recommend her to everyone..Jordyn did great the whole time, until we pulled out her cake....

BiRtHdAy PaRtY!!

On Saturday we celebrated Jordyn's 1st Birthday! It was such a fun day...It started out really crazy with having to get everything ready and baked, and then the weather wasn't wanting to cooperate. I really wanted to have the party outside, but it ended up raining the whole day:(. So we ended up having it inside, it worked out nice though! We combined the party with family and friends..So we had a house full. Jordyn was so overwhelmed with everything, she really had no clue what was going on. She was very spoiled and had lots of gifts to open. She hated her cake and just screamed the whole time!:) She loved when we sang Happy Birthday to her, she just smiled and laughed...She is so big and walking and running everywhere. What a fun and exhausting day all in one!! Thank you to everyone who came and helped make the day so special, we Love you!

I can't believe my baby turned 1 on Monday!! It's crazy how fast time flies.. Jordyn is such a sweet and fun little girl..We are so happy to be her parents. Here are a couple pics of the day she was born! We love you Jordy bug! **Warning there will be an overload of Birthday pics coming soon!

Happy Father's day!!

I want to wish the 3 very special men in my life a Happy Father's day!! Grant, my Dad and my Father in law! They are all such great Dad's and examples...I want Grant to know what an amazing Dad he is... Jordyn just adores her Daddy, and lights up with a smile every time she sees him. Her first word was Dadda and she still says it all the time! Thanks Babe for all you do, we love you so much.

Park City Getaway!

Grant and I were able to go on a little getaway to Park City last weekend...The Dentist I work for is so awsome, he paid for it all!! We stayed at the Summit Watch right on Main Street(the rooms were amazing!) and had dinner at the Whaso. It was so fun to just to get away for one night, and relax. My Mom kept Jordyn over night(we missed her like crazy),but Grant and I definitely needed a night away! I love the girls I work with to death, we have so much fun together, and I am so sad to leave:(. After dinner we we hung out with everyone and played games until two in the morning..Then decided to call it a night! Grant had to work the next morning so he left really early. My Mom came up with Jordyn and we walked around Main Street grabbed a bite to eat, then headed for the outlets.. It was such a nice weekend, we definitely need to do this more often:)

Shopping with my Mom and Jordy.. ..We definitely had to stop by Rocky Mountain Choc. factory and get a caramel apple. I thought I would get a harmless sucker for Jordyn, but she made a complete mess with it:)

We had a fun and crazy Memorial weekend...We were suppose to go camping with some friends but right at the last minute Jordyn came down with a horrible cough and teething(which she has eight now) that kept her up all night..So, we decided to stay home..We hung out with the families all weekend and had some fun bbq's. On Sunday we went and saw my Grandma and Grandpa's graves...Jordyn loved sitting right on the headstone and kept leaning down to kiss it, maybe she knew it was really Grandma..It was pretty cute in a wierd kind of way:) Then on Monday we just hung out and had another family bbq..This day started off kind of bad. Jordyn burned her two fingers on my straightner(which was really dramatic), then she wouldn't go to anyone and was really clingy the whole day. Then at my Mom's we all decided it would be fun to break out the teatherball and play, well a couple minutes into it when I was playing Grant I slammed my finger and it popped!! I couldof swore I broke it. It hurt so bad. I took an xray at work and it looked okay, but its nice and fat and swollen..Oh well I guess thats what I get!! I still would of beat Grant though...He won't admit it:)
